Scorer of two out of the four goals Tottenham made against Crystal Palace, South Korean winger Heung-Min Son, before Wednesday CL match against Olympiakos, commented: “This is a reminder of how strong we are. The players should know how strong we are, and how we should play. We can learn so many things. I hope we can always perform like this, and then this season will be really top-notch. I think the players deserved more than three points! We should always play like this. We are really happy to get the three points.

As a striker, and I was a striker today, I wanted to help the team. If I get pressure to them they would have to play long, that’s why I wanted to chase them. The second goal? It was a little lucky, a great ball from Serge. It is lucky! The cross from Serge was great, and I’m really happy for him. He came back in and performed really well. It doesn’t matter who scored, who played well, who didn’t play well, we’re all just happy to win the game. It was a great performance”.
