Commenting upon the unexpected 1-2 home defeat against Lecce, and on losing therefore the top ranking position, Torino boss Walter Mazzarri stated: "Tonight many things went wrong. I said that Lecce was a good team, and we still underestimated them. We probably prepare the game wrong, because we were too different from the team that played against Atalanta. Even though the players I lined up were the same. First of all, Lecce got the upper hand on a physical plam. This fiasco is on my account, I'm the boss of this team. I'm sorry for the fans, who supported us the whole match long, and I apologize to them".
