LILLE chairman unveils turned-down IKONE bid

Interviewed by Le Figaro, Lille chairman Gérard Lopez, while pointing out the club having cashed around 190 million euros from signaways last summer, disclosed having turned down a 70 million euros bid, coming from an unnamed Italian club, for French international attacking midfielder Jonathan Ikoné (21). The 1998-born is currently on a deal with Les Dogues until June 2023.
