Just turning down both Genoa and Sampdoria, 41-year old Gennaro Gattuso has just been approached by AC Milan, screening him, among other names, as a possible fit replacement for Marco Giampaolo. Former Rossoneri boss declared himself available to join back indeed, though, according to Corriere dello Sport, only as long as the club part ways from current top executives Paolo Maldini and Zvonimir Boban, due to the end of last season's bad blood between the latter two and him, or at least two out of Maldini, Boban, director Frederic Massara, and CEO Ivan Gazidis.
