REAL MADRID, Casemiro: "Choosing Porto and Lopetegui back in 2014 was the best decision I've made"

Interviewed by Movistar Deportes, Real Madrid and Brazilian NT defensive midfielder Carlos Henrique Casemiro (27) unveiled some past angles of his career: "Back in 2014, when Real were loaning me out, I had the chance to join one out of Inter Milan, Sevilla FC, and Porto. Then Julen Lopetegui (training Portuguese giants back then, Reporter's Note) called me, and talked me into choosing them. It turned out being the best decision I've ever made. The boss helped me a lot, and I managed to give the best of me into the games, and offering top-notch performances. When I joined Real back, afterwards, I was a different player, who had gained a lot of valuable know-how in the meantime, and had the chance to experience Champions League".
