Despite PSG and Tottenham having got back on him, Argentinian international forward Paulo Dybala (26), who went from being an outcast, after Maurizio Sarri took service, to being one of "new Juventus" brightest stars, started talks with  Bianconeri on a new long-term. La Joya, playing for Serie A eight-times-in-a-row defending champions since 2015/16, was reached out to by the club's top brass, and might accept extending his ongoing deal up to June 2024.
