Meant to leave Napoli since last spring, Albanian international full-back Elseid Hysaj (25) ended up staying put, though only to collect a small amount of game time. To this end, his agent, Mario Giuffredi, give his updates through Radio Kiss Kiss frequencies: "I just met director Giuntoli, as well as Mr. De Laurentiis, and we talked about Hysaj. We were expecting he'd have been lined up more, but Ancelotti willfully left him out, even when he needed someone bearing Elseid's features. I hope Gattuso will be able to entrust him more, and make him stay put. Otherwise, we're leaving in January, bearing in mind he'd be on a free move after season's over. Hysaj even agreed with me on letting me bring Di Lorenzo in, last summer, since he was meant to leave afterwards. I can't figure out Napoli strategy over him, he's been Serie A best full-back three seasons long". Playing for Azzurri since 2015/16, Hysaj has been screened by a bunch of clubs over last year, including Juventus, AS Roma, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid, and Schalke 04.
