Due to Daniele Padelli's subpar performance in last night Milan city derby, which Inter got the upper hand on nonetheless, and while regular goalie Samir Handanovic is still recovering from his left-hand injury, Neroazzurri are about to sign 34-year old Emiliano Viviano. A free agent since the end of last season, former Fiorentina, Bologna, Brescia and Sampdoria stopper, last playing for SPAL, has just passed medical for Serie A table current co-leaders, and, already training with the team, is likely to be signed on a proper deal soon. Viviano used to play for Inter Milan back in 2011/12 first half, though only as a backup, and never capping in official games.
