Attending Chelsea press conference, before CL match against Bayern Munich, Croatian international playmaking/attacking midfielder Mateo Kovacic (25) stated: "Fear of Lewandowski? He's an outstanding player, of course. But Bayern aren't only about him, we'll have to be careful. Our youngest players? We talk a lot to them, of course, but they are already in the flow, after having gained a lot of experience. Bayern, however, play a less demanding league, therefore they'll play more well-rested. I know I'm doing fine under Lampard, and I'm growing. But I also know I can do even better".
