Attending pre-CL match press conference on Real Madrid whole team's behalf, Merengues captain and veteran Sergio Ramos (33), addressed with extension troubles rumours, stated: "We heard a lot about it, lately. But we are going through some good times, as a team, on every competition, so there's no need to be in a hurry. We'll get to an agreement, no matter what. If Real want me to keep on playing for them, here I am. Clubs, of course, tend to offer year-by-year extensions, when you reach a certain age. Anyway, media are making up a gap between the club and me, which doesn't actually exist". Ramos is still ona  deal with Blancos until June 2021.
