Asked about rumours having Inter Miami on the move towards no less than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, MLS new franchise chairman and co-owner David Beckham stated: "Any club in the world would like to have players such CR7 and Messi at their disposal. As we've been saying all the time, we want to be a whole different thing, but who doesn't want that for their club? Anyway, we are very happy about our roster, and we look forward to get on the pitch during the upcoming weekend. On the other hand, we are going to bring in some top players, as long as it can be done".
