SAMPDORIA in troubled extension talks with LINETTY

According to Il Secolo XIX, Sampdoria management are experiencing some troubles over sealing the extension deal with Polish international midfielder Karol Linetty (25). While the latter has been offered a wage doubling, from current 500 thousand euros to a million annual salary, the request stands still at 1.3€m one. Playing for Italian club since 2016/17, Linetty, whose current deadline is set on June 2021, has previously been linked to a bunch of higher-stand clubs, including Inter Milan, AS Roma, and RB Leipzig.
