One of international football pioneers in CSL expansion era, former Brazilian international winger/forward Hulk (33), interviewed by ESPN, and asked about rumours linking him to a move back to his home country, namely to Palmeiras, stated: "Everyone knows I'm very fond of Verdão. I'm even the only member of my own family supporting Palmeiras, among all Corinthians fans. My deal with SIPG is going to be over after next December, and I was addressed with a bunch of inquiries from Brazil. Anyway, we're going to know more once I meet the club". Hulk left Brazil, football-wise, back in summer 2005, heading to Japan back then; he used to play in the European scene afterwards, first for Porto (2008-12), then for Zenit (2012-16).
