PSG head of football LEONARDO: "Some German clubs are using treacherous competition"

Addressed with Thomas Meunier joining Borussia Dortmund immediately, instead of being signed on the 2-month extension other soon-to-be-free-agents PSG agreed with, French giants head of football, Leonardo told Le Parisien: "We adopted the same method for all our player going through the same situation. Some German clubs, such as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, are purchasing a lot of French junior players, through treacherous competition, if you ask me. They get in touch with parents, relatives, friends of our development areas talents, taunting them. Maybe we should change the rules and protect ourselves from that".
