Releasing a long interview to PSG official channel, 35-year old Brazilian star centre-back and team captain Thiago Silva stated: "When you get dropped from the competition, and you have to leave it, you always ask yourself whether you're going to have a new chance or not. Anyway, by achieving a final game slot, now we finally fulfilled our dream. And now our fate is in our hands.

It's been a very tough and unique season. I, for myself, I gave everything I had in me. It's the last year of my ongoing deal with PSG, and if there's a chance I could keep on playing for the club, we'll discuss it after next Sunday. I'm sure I'll choose what's best for me".
