Commenting upon CL final game PSG defeat, by the hands of Bayern Munich, French giants centre-back and powerhouse Marquinhos stated: "We didn't make it, but we must be proud of ourselves nonetheless, though clearly unhappy. No one believed we could make it through up until this phase, and we managed to to through sacrifice and togetherness. As we must keep doing. It was a very tense match, we used our own weapons, and they did as well: we didn't succeed in working our own angles, and you can't give yourself break on such a thing, in an circumstance like a Champions League final".
