OFFICIAL - APOEL Nicosia name Mick MCCARTHY new boss

Previously in talks with former Italian international Christian Panucci, APOEL Nicosia announced having named 61-year old Irishman Mick McCarthy new first-team manager. McCarthy's course as a trainer includes two Republic of Ireland NT tenures, as well as stints at Wolverhampton, Sunderland, and Ipswich Town.
