Commenting upon having conceded Lazio a last-second equalizer, Juventus manager, Andrea Pirlo

We played well today. I think we can be satisfied with the way we played. There were no real signs of danger, until extended time, but when you want to get a result you can’t afford to switch off. You need to show attention to detail, but today we weren’t able to manage possession well in the last ten seconds.

Our performance for the majority of the game was valuable. The mentality we have means we want to dominate every game and all the players gave everything today, so the only thing we’re disappointed with is the result. We’ll learn from it, though. You can’t ever ease off at this level.

Each game needs to play an important role in our development, which is ongoing. There were some good moments and the positioning of my players was very good. We’ll build on that, because I thought that was very important today” .
