Interviewed by QS, French-Angolan striker M'Bala Nzola (24) stated: "Which team do I dream to play for? Olympique Lyonnais is the club I'm a supporter of, and I'd like to defend those colours, sooner or later. Wearing Chelsea jersey would be exciting as well. Now, however, I'm only focused on Spezia, and that's how I want to climb up to the top. Playing for Angolan national team? That would be a dream coming true. I've been in talks with the federation, from time to time, and, once everything's set up, I hope I can represent my parents' home country".

Playing for Italian club since January 2020, Nzola has recently been inquired about by AC Milan, Newcastle, West Ham, and Wolverhampton.
