Platek has agreed a €22million deal to takeover at Spezia after originally plotting a move for Udinese. Italian national media is reporting that the fee could be reduced if Spezia were to get relegated this season.

The black-and-whites won promotion to Italy’s top flight last season and are just outside the relegation places.
