SV Werder Bremen would like to extend Milos Veljkovic's contract, which expires in 2022. Sports director Frank Baumann confirms to the 'DeichStube' that the second division team is planning with the Serb:

"Milos Veljkovic and the younger players in particular are interested in extending their contracts." This is Eren Dinkci (19) and Abdenego Nankishi (19)

The development at Veljkovic comes as a bit of a surprise, however, because the 25-year-old was a sales candidate in the summer. A transfer to the Bundesliga or abroad was in the room. The national player even changed his agent, which was very impressive.
