LIGA - Atletico Madrid planning to bring Semedo back to Spain
While possibly letting Kieran Trippier out, since Manchester United are adamant over getting former Tottenham runner in, Atletico Madrid management, recently turned down by Napoli on Giovanni Di Lorenzo, are now allegedly planning to turn to 27-year old Portuguese international right-back Nelson Semedo, deemed fit to fill the position.
Not completely happy with Sime Vrsaljko as a backup right flank dweller, Colchoneros are therefore trying to start talks with Wolverhampton upon former Barcelona FC and Benfica player. Though playing into Premier League arrays only since last September, Semedo, bought by Wolves on a 30 million euros transfer fee (add-ons not included), might be indeed tempted to join Spain back, and add himself up to La Liga defending champions ranks.
