According to L'Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain fans will be prevented from attending their team's match against Marseille on Sunday due to fears of fan violence.

The decree was issued by the department's police authority in response to certain Marseille ultras' behavior since the start of the season, with the club already receiving a one-point suspended deduction from Ligue 1 authorities for disturbances at Angers last month.

The last time PSG fans were allowed to visit the Stade Vélodrome was in 2015, during a late-season match that ended in a 3-2 victory for Les Parisiens.

Fans at the Stade Velodrome hurled pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, and other missiles towards Galatasaray supporters earlier this month, causing conflicts both before and after the match.
