Cruz Azul captain: "This is our time to win the title for Cruz Azul"

During a press conference before the first leg of LigaMX Clausura final between Cruz Azul and Santos, Cruz Azul goalkeeper and captain Jesus Corona gave an passionate speech while reflecting on Cruz Azul's chances to finally win a title that has eluded La Maquina since 1997.

 "With regards to supposed ghosts of the past, they are just that, in the past. What's important is to live in the present, take advantage of all the work we have done throughout the tournament, we showed great consistency week to week, something not easy to do. Fight to write a new story of success, each of us earned the chance to play in a final. It will be important to leave everything that has happened in the past, and focus on the present"

On what he has learned from playing previous finals, Corona answered that "It has left me a great lesson, in a series of 180 minutes or more you can't think you've already won because you believe you are better than the other team.
