Striker Lukas Nmecha avoids declaring war on the German national team. Talking about him is “not fair to those who played there”, the U21 European champion remarked to the “Sportbuzzer” - even if national coach Hansi Flick has already asked VfL Wolfsburg about him. "If that leads to the fact that I get a chance, that would be okay," says Nmecha.

When it comes to the Wolves' playing time, the 22-year-old is still deep. He says: “I didn't come to VfL to play directly and to be the best right away. When I experience Wout (Weghorst, editor's note) in training, I can learn a lot, it pushes me. And if I do my best, then I'll do it. ”In the summer, Nmecha moved from Manchester City to Lower Saxony for a transfer fee of eight million euros.
