Juraj Kucka signed for Watford on a year-loan

With an official note, Parma announces the temporary sale of Juraj Kucka to Watford until 30 June 2022. The player wanted to dedicate a thought to Parma, his teammates and the fans. These are his words to TMW:

"Today is a day in which I am feeling strong and conflicting emotions.
When i arrived in Parma immediately i felt at home. With the club, with my teammates, with the fans, with the Parmesan.
I have always given my best on the pitch, even in the most difficult moments, and I felt how everyone understood and appreciated it.
I also wore the captain's armband of a team that by tradition and history is second to few, in Italy and in Europe.
The dream I realized, however, was to feel appreciated as a man, rather than as a footballer.
There is another dream that I have had since I was a child: to play in England, in the Premier League. This is why I decided to live this new adventure. It was a difficult choice, precisely because of the affection I have for this square and this company.
I thank the company, which understood my decision, and which has always supported me over the years. My heart and the baggage that I will always carry with me will have a lot of yellow and blue, for everything we have lived together and that I will never forget.
