Arsenal added three points in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon. The team of coach Mikel Arteta needed two early goals to beat Leicester City (0-2). The Arsenal side's standout was goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, who stopped The Foxes from scoring several times.

His save on a free kick by James Maddison just before half-time was especially nice. Arsenal were leading 0-2 at the time. Gabriel Magalhães opened the score after four minutes by heading a corner from Bukayo Saka against the ropes. Ten minutes later, Emile Smith Rowe shot a deflected ball past Kasper Schmeichel, giving Arsenal a comfortable lead.

But the visitors didn't get a chance to rest on their laurels. Leicester City did not give up and put a lot of pressure on Arsenal. It was thanks to goalkeeper Ramsdale that the home team did not make the connecting goal. Not only did he fabulously keep Maddison from scoring, he also prevented Kelechi Iheanacho, Ademola Lookman and Harvey Barnes, among others, from making the 1-2.

While Leicester may well have deserved the tie-in goal, Arsenal's victory was never in jeopardy. Arteta's team climbs to fifth place in the Premier League thanks to the victory, but can still be overtaken by a number of clubs later in the weekend. Leicester City drops to tenth place.
