Playing for Chelsea first team since 2017/18, 25-year old Danish international centre-back Andreas Christensen might soon be extending for Blues, since Champions League defending holders are allegedly in talks with him on the subject. Currently on a deal with Premier League giants until June 2022, former Borussia Monchengladbach backliner is likely to agree again on an about 7 million euros annual salary.
Previously tracked by Barcelona FC and AC Milan, Bröndby IF alumni joined Chelsea development area back in summer 2012. So far, Christensen capped 220 times in official games, as a pro club player, scoring eight goals therein. Besides, he capped 52 times for Danish senior national team, scoring two goals in the process.
