Trent scored his 45th Premier League goal for Liverpool, according to the OptaJoe stats Twitter feed.
His nine goals and 36 assists are tied for the most by any Reds defender in the English Premier League since the rebrand in 1992, and he is tied with John Arne Riise, who has 21 goals and 24 assists.
The match ended with Liverpool being halted with their unbeaten run since they couldn't defend against West Ham. They move to the fourth position as West Ham moves to third with the win.
