SERIE A - Juventus back after PSG hitman Mauro Icardi
While clubs such as Liverpool, Atletico Madrid and AC Milan seem to have lost interest in his pursue, and the only apparent remaining suitors of his, from the previous batch at least, are AS Roma, 28-year old Argentinian striker Mauro Emanuel Icardi is back as a market target for Juventus. According to Footmercato.net, Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri is interested in replacing Cristiano Ronaldo, as long as the Portuguese star leaves for good, with former Inter Milan captain.
On a side note, Maurito might even turn into a trading pawn, ahead of CR7 himself unexpectedly joining Paris Saint-Germain. Playing for French giants since 2019/20, Icardi is still on a deal with PSG until June 2024, and is currently worth 38 million euros, give or take.
