There has been no communication with Barcelona, according to Belgium coach Roberto Martinez.
Martinez is still said to be in the running for Ronald Koeman's position at Barcelona.
He explained to Cadena SER:
“Have there been any conversations with FC Barcelona? It was a difficult time because you feel like you don't want to respond, but the truth is they haven't contacted me.
"You know how rumours work with coaches.
"There is nothing more than an anecdote that helps me start the day with a smile."
