SOCIAL - Schalke joke about Bale interest... Or not?

Gareth Bale has been one of the media stars of these delayed 2020 European Championship. He and his countrymen were eliminated in the round of 16 against Denmark, but during that match banners asking the striker to sign for Schalke 04 showed up. And it was no surprise that those images quickly went viral on social media.
The German club, who will be playing in Bundesliga 2 next season after being relegated, joked on Twitter. "Gelsenkirchen is ready for you, Gareth,", alongside the image of the Amsterdam fans and a local golf course, knowing the player's self-confessed love of the game.
For the sake of truth, Bale should stay at Real Madrid, but depending on new boss Carlo Ancelotti's plans for him he could even accept a fancy offer.
