MLS - LA Galaxy-Vancouver Whitecaps live on TMW

Third game at home in 8 games for the LA Galaxy and they have won the first 2. Today at the Dignity Health Sports Park they will face Vancouver Whitecaps. Whitecaps are last in the Western Conference with only 3 wins in 16 games. With a win today Galaxy will be at the top of the Western Conference with Sporting Kansas City. Attendance for the game: 16234.

95': GAME OVER!!! 1-1. LA Galaxy were not able to win this game against the last place Vancouver Whitecaps and hopefully they won't regret in the future. It was double faced performance by the team coached by Vanney: in the first half they could have been up by a couple of score but they forgot to come back after the break and Whitecaps were able to capitalize on the mistake by Bond. Vancouver had even the chance to win the game but that would have been too much, honestly. 

90': Williams for Lletget by his show is deflected on the corner. 5 minutes of stoppage time.

87': another chance for the Whitecaps by the shot by Gauld is intercepted by Araujo. It would have been extremely difficult for Bond to save it.

81': Raposo with a nice move inside the box was able to get some room and shot at the goals but it was too central. Nice chance for the Whitecaps.

74': Crepeau is slowly becoming the main actor with another save on Grandsir. Now Galaxy are pushing for the goal that will bring them at the top of their conference.

72': Crepeau with an unbelievable save on Grandsir. The game now is open to any ending.

69': Raveloson with a shot from far finally let the fans know Galaxy are still in the game. After the subs LA look to have more energy.

65': both teams start making subs. Galaxy need to get back into the game. It is unbelievable how the game changed after the break.

57': LA Galaxy still in the locker room. If they want to get the 3 points coach Vanney needs to make some adjustments. Whitecaps are in charge of the game right now.

50':  GGGGOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!! Veselinovic with a header on a corner ties the game. All of a sudden it is 1-1. On the goal goalie Bond didn't come out really well and he is guilty for the goal allowed.

Let's talk about Kevin Cabral: he is a player who has all the tools to be an important player in the MLS. He is tall, fast and really skillfull with the ball. He just needs some experience and to improve his decision making, specially when he is in the box. He can defend the ball well and when served on the space he is almost unstoppable for the opposite defenders.

45': Halftime. Galaxy up 1-0 but it could have been worse for the Whitecaps. We don't see how they can come back even at the last second Cavallini was dangerous but his shot went just outside. Many chances for the Galaxy but Cabral doesn't have the killer- instinct. Araujo is always really good on the right but today Alvarez is maybe the best player on the field.

41': it looks like Galaxy trying to put away the game in the first half. Whitecaps are not able create any danger until now and their attacks are controlled by the Galaxy's backline really easily.

32': GGGGOOOOAAAALLLL!!!!! Great play by Alvarez who serves Cabral and from the penalty kick cannot miss for 1-0.

29': Cabral for Alvarez who assist Grandisr but his shot is just high Great play by the Galaxy that now deserve the goal.

26': Grandsir serves Cabral but his shot in front of the goalie is too weak.

25': Williams with a header on a corner kick almost scores for the Galaxy and then on a counter on a mistake by BOnd Vancouver almost go up. Still 0-0 but the game finally is exciting.

21': unbelievable chance for Cabral on a cross by Araujo he is just by himself in front of Crepeau but failed to shot.

18': still zero chance to score with Galaxy looking for a way to get dangerous and Vancouver trying restart with some counters without success. First shot on the goal and it came from the Whitecaps after a free kick .

10': first ten minutes of the games with Galaxy trying to impose a fast pace to game and Cabral with a couple of potential chances. The young striker has a lot of potential but needs to imrpove on his decision making. 

5': yellow card for Araujo who got surprised on his back. The young defender needs definitely to improve in this situation.

1': game started and Galaxy already pushing on the left with Grandsir.

2.02 CEST: teams are entering the field and it is time for the national anthem.

1.45 CEST: Interesting to note this is the first time Dos Santos, Raveloson and Lletget will start together.
