MLS - Prank on Gianluca Busio by teammates goes wrong
Gianluca Busio was the target of one final prank from his teammates before departing Sporting Kansas City on a club-record transfer to Serie A side Venezia FC. The prank began on Snapchat and finished with an (unintentionally) cracked windshield.
Johnny Russell, a forward with Sporting Kansas City, enlisted fellow forward, Daniel Salloi to make a video showing him standing on top of Busio's car. The only problem was that as Russell climbed to the top of the truck, his heft smashed a foot-sized hole in Busio's Mercedes' windshield.
Busio was said to be a good sport about the all, taking everything in stride, maybe due to his excitement over his impending European trip. Russell also contributed to the resolution of the problem by covering the costs of Busio's journey. "He laughed, and he actually took it in stride," Russell added.
