Toronto FC star Jozy Altidore underwent successful foot surgery on Thursday, which will need a six-week rehabilitation time.

Altidore had traveled to New York for a second opinion on his persistent foot problem, and after his assessment, he had the surgery.

Ralph Priso, a midfielder with the Toronto Maple Leafs, will have surgery on his damaged right ankle. The 19-year-old was injured in Toronto's encounter against the New England Revolution on Aug. 14 and will miss the rest of the season.

Altidore has appeared in 10 games this season, making five starts and scoring two goals across 489 minutes whiles Priso featured in 11 games this season, scoring one goal and logging two assists.
