TMW - Juventus meeting Barcelona FC again on Pjanic
Determined to bring 31-year old Bosnian international midfielder Miralem Pjanic back into their ranks, out of their ongoing team troubles, Juventus management are meeting both Barcelona FC executives and former AS Roma and Olympique Lyonnais playmaker's entourage in a couple hours. Still on a deal with Blaugrana until June 2024, Pjanic, fending for Serie A giants from 2016/17 to 2019/20, is currently earning a quite unviable 8.5 million euros annual salary right now, a wage which Juventus are ready to take over less than half the overall amount.
Eager to part ways from Spanish troubled giants anyway, Pjanic is still a last-minute name for Napoli and Fiorentina, with Arsenal being possibly back on his tracks as well. Right now, however, joining "The Old Lady" back seems to be his top aim.
