Chelsea icon John Obi Mikel joins Kuwait SC
Successfully playing for Chelsea all over a decade, from 2006/07 to 2016/17 first half, former Nigerian international defensive midfielder John Obi Mikel, who turned 34 last April 22, has officially joined Kuwait SC, on undisclosed terms.
Parting ways from Stoke City this time, Obi Mikel used to play also for Middlesbrough, FK Lyn, Plateau United, Trabzonspor, and Tianjin Teda. Throughout his successful Blues course, the player won nine titles, including Premier League (twice), Champions League, and Europa League ones.
