LIGA - Barcelona, Samuel Umtiti being observed by Benfica

According to reports from Portugal, Benfica are looking at Samuel Umtiti as an option to bulk up their defence. The Frenchman is on Barcelona's transfer list as they look to ease their wage budget, and are awaiting offers.
Since his move to Barcelona from Olympique Lyon in 2016, Samuel has failed to secure a permanent place in the team and also suffering from long-term injury. He only managed to play in 132 matches during since his arrival 5 years ago.
So far, there aren't many suitors for him, with only a move back with Lyon being rumored recently.
