LIGA - Xavi to team: ''You have to believe in yourselves''
Barcelona's new coach, Xavi, took over on Tuesday. The Catalan arrived at the training facility early in the morning to greet and speak with the players of his team who aren't abroad on international duty.

Xavi then made a point of laying out the ground rules for the dressing room while he was in charge. The new coach placed a premium on tight adherence to timetables and improved, more integrated coexistence among the squad's members. They'll eat breakfast and lunch together, and the professional demands they'll face as a group will be tightened and increased.
