SERIE A - Sassuolo fetching Erlic back from Spezia

After three seasons spent playing for Spezia, last of which into top-tier league, 23-year old Croatian centre-back Martin Erlic is about to join back Sassuolo, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Holding a 50% share on a future sale of his, since they had handed him out to "The Little Eagles", Neroverdi are allegedly fetching him back on a 3.5 million euros transfer fee.
A Rijeka and Parma alumni, Erlic was inquired about by a lot of clubs, including Atalanta, Bologna, Fiorentina, Galatasaray, AC Milan, AS Roma, and Torino. Throughout his career as a pro, he has so far capped 86 times in official games, scoring four goals therein, besides having played for Croatian youth national teams, across every level from Under-17 to Under-21.
