New Schalke contract for Henning Matriciani

Henning Matriciani has signed his first professional contract with FC Schalke 04. According to the association's official information, the 21-year-old's new working paper will run until 2024. The defender's previous contract would have expired at the end of the season.

Matriciani moved from SV Lippstadt 08 to the Royal Blues' second team in 2020. There he was so convincing that he played in the Bundesliga for the first time in the final sprint of last season. In the current season, the 21-year-old has two short appearances in league two.
