AC MILAN WOMEN secures a Champions League spot for the first time

While the men's team is still fighting to secure a spot in next year's UEFA Champions League, AC Milan Women just secured its own spot in the Women's Champions League for the first time ever. The team, coached by former AC Milan striker Maurizio Ganz, qualified for next year's competition by virtue of today's draw in the match against Sassuolo.
The women's club was founded in 2018, competing in Women's Serie A the last three seasons. The Rossonere will join Serie A champions Juventus Women in next year's competition.
Now it's up to the men's team to secure its own spot in the top European competition for clubs.
