Defender Dani Alves to Argentina?
Dani Alves could soon lace up his shoes for Estudiantes de La Plata. As reported by the Argentinian television station 'TNT Sports', the 38-year-old has received a contract offer from the first division club. A few weeks ago, the Brazilian terminated his contract with Sao Paulo FC.
Club president Juan Sebastian Veron, who played for Inter Milan, Manchester United and Chelsea FC during his playing days, tried to get Alves ‘signature. Veron told the TV broadcaster: "He is enthusiastic about the offer, the chances are 50 to 50." According to the report, an answer from the veteran is expected next week.
