During his first years as Italy National Team manager, Roberto Mancini had only few players playing a key role in his squad: one of them is Marco Verratti. Verratti is a former Pescara youth team product who moved to France many years ago and grew up according to the expectations experts had on him. Marco Verratti is a solid midfielder who combine quantity and quality and so he is really important for Italy.

He missed PSG's last 5 games due to an injury, French Cup final too, so he could have focus in coming back in time for the beginning of the tournament. Italy is set up to play the first game of Euro 2020 against turkey in Rome on June 11th and Mancini needs to start thinking how he could replace him since it is probable Verratti won't be able to play that game due a knee injury.
