LIGA MX - Chivas striker Macias a target for a handful of European clubs

According to a new rumor that appeared on Mexican media recently, Chivas promising young striker J.J. Macias is garnering a lot of interest from multiple European clubs.

One of those clubs seems to be Spain's Getafe, along with other two unnamed clubs. Getafe's skipper Miguel Gonzalez Michel has experience in LigaMX, having already managed in Mexico's top league with Pumas UNAM in 2019-2020, and it looks like he is determined to bring Macias to Europe. Interest surrounding the young Mexican international is nothing new, although now it seems that Chivas are open to letting him go if the right offer presents itself, even after Macias had a disappointing campaign with el rebano sagrado in the last Guard1anes tournament, something that has not deterred clubs from the Old Continent from asking about the striker's availability.
