After confirming Yann Bisseck's new contract, Inter are now preparing to secure the long-term future of Francesco Pio Esposito. The Nerazzurri are expected to hold fresh talks with the striker's representatives in the coming hours as they look to finalise a new deal.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter are keen to tie down the 20-year-old with a contract that would keep him at the club until 2031.
Salary set to almost triple
The proposed deal would see Pio Esposito earn €3m per season plus performance-related bonuses. The new contract would almost triple the striker's current net salary of €1.2m per year, underlining Inter's faith in one of the club's brightest young talents.
