Tottenham transfer spending soars as De Zerbi rebuild gathers pace

Tottenham's agreement for Omar Marmoush and the completed signing of Sávio have pushed Roberto De Zerbi's summer rebuild into a new category of ambition.

The two Manchester City forwards offer different qualities.
