MLS - Galaxy closing in on Eintracht's Dejan Joveljic
As revealed by transfer market insider Fabrizio Romano, Los Angeles Galaxy are a step away from signing striker Dejan Joveljic.
Joveljic plays for Eintracht Frankfurt, although the young Serbian has spent the last two seasons on loan at Belgian side Anderlecht and Austrian side Wolfsberger AC, not finding consistent playing minutes for Eintracht, for whom has only appeared on four occasions. He is a product of Red Star Belgrade youth academy, and notched an impressive 11 goals in just 21 matches for the senior side in 2017. Now, Galaxy seem to be offering an opportunity to grow and develop his full potential in MLS, on a team that already features the likes of experienced target man Javier Hernandez and Frenchman Kevin Cabral, players that can help him in his path.
According to Romano, Joveljic will sign a 4 and a half year deal with the Americans, but wage details have not been disclosed as of yet.
