Niklas Dorsch inks deal with FC Augsburg
German young talent Niklas Dorsch was one of the hottest names linked with multiple clubs, especially Fiorentina, but his names has now come off the market, as the 23-year-old midfielder decided to sign with German club Augsburg, as announced on the club's official Twitter account.
Dorsch, a versatile midfielder who won the last Under-21 European Championships with Germany, was playing his football in Belgium at Gent, and will now be an Augsburg player after signing a 5-year deal with the club. He appeared in 33 matches while at Gent, scoring three times. He's one of Germany's brightest young promises in the midfield, we'll see if he's able to demonstrate his talent in the Bundesliga.
