Pierluigi Gollini has officially completed his transfer from Atalanta to Tottenham Hotspur, on loan with obligation to buy at the 20th appearance for €15m. The last week he had medical tests in Italy and has now been formally announced to the club on Twiitter.
It is a loan with option to buy for €15m, but the option will become an obligation once he makes his 20th competitive appearance for Spurs. This represents a return to England for the goal-keeper, who spent time in the Manchester United youth academy and then played for Aston Villa in the 2016-17 Championship campaign.
